Saira Singh has over 19 years of cancer, drug delivery and pharmaceutical drug development research experience as well as in-depth knowledge of antibody therapeutics product development, relating market trends and strategic issues. She is an expert in tumor biology and pre-clinical model development. Ms. Singh started her research career at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia and subsequently held various research positions in the pharmaceutical industry. In her professional experience at Sterling Drug, Syntex, and Matrix Pharmaceutical, Inc., Ms. Singh provided core pharmacology, receptor biochemistry and pre-clinical support for lead compounds. Ms. Singh was the founder and president of OncoPhamarmaceutical, a company focused on developing natural products cancer therapies. She successfully led the company in accomplishing a strong intellectual property portfolio. 

Prior to joining the US Market Access Center, Ms. Singh was with Celliance BioServices, where she first served as the Director of Pharmacology and later as Director of Business Development. In these capacities, she established pharmacology services, expanded the customer base and achieved high pre-clinical revenue growth for the company. Ms. Singh has a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry from Stony Brook University. She holds four United States patents relating to the treatment of proliferative diseases. She has presented and authored numerous scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals. Ms. Singh is an active member of the American Association for Cancer Research.
