Ms. Rasor is a serial entrepreneur - founder/key contributor to 35 medical device companies and 50 medical products. She founded, was inventor, and raised venture capital for CAPNIA, Inc., developer of revolutionary drug delivery platforms. As its CEO, Ms. Rasor increased the company valuation, achieved milestones ahead of schedule and under budget, and demonstrated exceptional clinical efficacy and safety in treating migraine headaches. Prior to CAPNIA, she invented the first ultrasonic contrast agent ECHOVIST® sold to and commercialized by Schering AG.
