In 2003, Mr. Mencin started the USMAC consulting group which provides strategic consulting services to foreign based high-tech small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) and government agencies worldwide. Since 2003, he has closed contracts and created partnerships with over 100 client companies in the information communications technology, solar and renewable energy, and biotech and life science sectors, and with several government agencies and foreign based business incubators from over thirty countries in Asia, Europe, Latin America, and Africa. Read more...   Richard Vaughn, Manager, Consulting Services Richard Vaughn is the Manager of Consulting Services at the US Market Access Center.  Since coming to the US MAC in 2005, Mr. Vaughn has worked with over 50 companies to develop their US market entry, sales, marketing, and funding strategies.  Coming from every continent, these companies have primarily been in the software, hardware, services, and biotech industries.  Today Mr. Vaughn leads the US MAC team of 10 Associate Consultants and approximately 40 Senior Consultants in conducting market research, lead generation, marketing plan development, and many other services to help international companies break in to the US market. Read more...   Mollie Chapman, Associate Manager, Consulting Services Mollie Chapman graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Stanford University with a B.A. in Anthropological Sciences. While there, she published an award-winning paper on community watershed management and alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Chapman is also a documentary photographer; her work has been exhibited in the U.S. and Costa Rica. She has worked with sustainable development projects and green businesses in Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Indonesia. In addition, Ms. Brodersen is responsible for the reception and facility management of the US Market Access Center. She is currently continuing her education at San Jose City College.
