Transatlantic Research & Business Accelerator

The Transatlantic Research & Business Accelerator (TRBA) is an intermediary network that supports high-tech companies in their step towards global expansion. The networking organization links business support organizations in the participating regions in order to provide companies with a comprehensive and effective internationalization service. By connecting the existing support organizations in the world's most innovative regions, entrepreneurs will be able to achieve their international ambitions.

The TRBA secretariat promotes the accessibility of information. Science based companies will be able to contact the secretariat with an information request about what certain regions have to offer. The secretariat will make a quick scan based on the needs of the company and the possibilities in each region. After the company has chosen a region for its expansion, the TRBA system continues to support the company with several services such as cultural introductions, networking introductions, legal/regulatory help, and local investor connections. These facilities are coordinated by the International Liaison Officer in each participating region.
