  • Business Plan and Market Entry Review
    Before making the leap into the US market, the US MAC can help your company to ensure that you are well positioned with your business plan and market strategy.  First our consultants will review your business plan for content, localization, format, and general quality to guarantee that it will meet the expectations of potential American business partners.  In conjunction, our consultants will conduct a market entry review to assess and validate your potential in the US market.  Along with a market assessment and competitor review, this will include a feasibility analysis of the financial projections provided in your business plan.  Finally, to make sure that your company gets the most out of the information we have provided, a member of the US MAC senior consultant network will have a meeting or conference call with you to discuss your market entry strategy.

  • Presentation Review
    As your primary opportunity to showcase your company to potential American business partners, your business presentation is a key component of your market entry strategy. In order to help you optimize your impact, the US MAC performs presentation review focusing on both content and presentation style. Before your visit to the US MAC, we will review the content of your business presentation powerpoint. In a one to two hour in-person meeting our consultants will conduct a constructive review of your presentation skills. This will be an opportunity not only to practice speaking and responding to questions, but also to again review the presentation content and to receive a critique on your public speaking.

  • Web Site Revision
    Does your website meet US market standards?  As part of our website revision, the US MAC will review your current site and provide detailed recommendations on adapting it to the tastes of your US customers.  Our review will include a comprehensive edit of the site’s text---making sure that it meets the expectations of your partners and customers and speaks in today’s business English.

  • Marketing Strategy Development and Web Site Revision
    Can you answer the following questions about your product:  Who is your target audience?  How will you reach them?  What are your key value propositions and differentiators?  What messages are you sending to your different target audience groups?  What business problem are you solving?  With our Marketing Strategy Development program, the US MAC team of consultants will help you to answer these, and many more, questions to develop a marketing strategy for your product targeted on the US market.  Beginning with an initial phone conversation in which we will discuss with you your product and your perception of it, we will first review your current marketing strategy through research and an analysis of your business presentation.  This will be followed by a half-day workshop with a US MAC senior consultant in which we will review your presentation (content and delivery), and work with you to determine who your target audiences are and how you need to market to them.  After the workshop, you will receive a report put together by the US MAC combining our own research into your market with the strategy we have worked together to develop in the workshop.

  • Full Market Entry Review
