Native of Germany, but has spent most of his career internationally in various country-management positions.
EJ held positions as Senior Vice President for the US-Northeast-Region and Country-Managing Director positions (President) in Japan, Korea, and the U.K. He has been responsible for operations of up to 270 staff.
Among other projects E.J. had also been instrumental for the startup and operation of projects for Hewlett-Packard (HP) in Germany. For several years EJ lectured as panel-member at the ‘Japan Market Entry Competition’ in Tokyo, a group comprised of Chambers of Commerce from Europe, USA and Canada.
EJ has an MBA and took also Executive Education classes at the International Business School at IMD (Lausanne, Switzerland), has a degree from the German Chamber of Commerce, and attended various courses at the New York World Trade Center on International Trade.
EJ lectured at UC Berkeley (Haas) and DeVry University (Keller Graduate School of Management) on International Business and regularly presents on “Marketentry USA” in Germany, Switzerland, UK and France.
EJ traveled to more than 40 countries all over the world. His native language is German, but besides English he speaks also Spanish and French, and is able to communicate in Japanese.
